  1. Account Protection and Security

Your information is stored on our servers located in Utah State. We treat data as an asset that must be protected and use tools such as encryption and passwords to protect your information against unauthorized access and disclosure. We encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that it is safe as it is transmitted to us.

You can access your information on our website through a password. This password is encrypted. In addition, your information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to.

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personally identifiable information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify us and change your password.

We cannot absolutely guarantee that third parties will not unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or that other users will not abuse or misuse your personally identifiable information that they collect from the site. Therefore, although we work very hard to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personally identifiable information or private communications will always remain private.

  1. Financial Information

We do not collect, store, nor even have access to your financial information.

  1. Our Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose personally identifiable information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We may also share your personally identifiable information with:

  1. Third Party Service Providers under contract who help with our business operations. These Service Providers perform functions on our behalf, such as sending out and distributing our administrative and promotional emails. We may share your information with such Service Providers to send standard mail or email, remove repetitive information on customer lists, analyze data, provide marketing assistance, provide search results and links, operate the Service, troubleshoot, and provide customer service

  2. Affiliates, which are individuals and companies with whom we have business relationships. Such Affiliates may in turn have Service Providers with whom we must share information to accomplish our administrative tasks. We encourage Affiliates and Third Party Service Providers to adopt and post privacy policies, but their actions are not within our control.

  3. Other third parties to whom you specifically ask us to send your information (or about whom you are otherwise specifically notified and consent to when using a specific service).

  4. Law enforcement or other governmental officials, in response to a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.

  5. Other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. Should such a combination occur, we will require that the new combined entity follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personally identifiable information. If your personally identifiable information will be used contrary to this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notice.

Without limiting the above, in an effort to respect your privacy we will not otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to law enforcement, other government officials, or other third parties without a subpoena, court order or substantially similar legal procedure, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent imminent physical harm or financial loss or to report suspected illegal activity.

  1. Data Tracking

  1. Cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser.

Like many websites, we use "cookies" to help us understand your preferences based on site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We may also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic so that we can offer better site experiences in the future.

We may contract with Third-Party Service Providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are NOT permitted to use the information collected except to help us conduct and improve our business.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. However, if you choose to turn off cookies, the Service and some of its features may not function properly.

  1. Other Tracking Devices. We may use other industry-standard technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons to track your use of our website pages and promotions, or we may allow our Third Party Service Providers to use these devices on our behalf. Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on our website, or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an email, pixel tags and web beacons generate a non-personally identifiable notice of that action. Pixel tags allow us to measure and improve our understanding of visitor traffic and behavior on the Service, as well as give us a way to measure our promotions and performance. We may also utilize pixel tags and web beacons provided by our affiliates and/or marketing partners for the same purposes.

  1. Links

The Service may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information we collect.

  1. Third Party Advertising

Advertisements that appear on the Service are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. Doing this allows the advertising network to recognize your computer each time they send you an advertisement in order to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. In this way, they may compile information about where individuals using your computer or browser saw their advertisements and determine which advertisements are clicked. Provider does not have access to or control of the cookies that may be placed by the third party advertisers. Third party advertisers have no access to your personally identifiable information stored on the Services unless you choose to share it with them.

This Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of Provider’s advertisers.

  1. Terms of Use, Notices and Revisions

Your use of the Service, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our TOU and all of its dispute resolution provisions including arbitration, limitation on damages and choice of law. We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy and our TOU at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately. We encourage you to refer to this Privacy Policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current Privacy Policy and privacy practices. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.

  1. Removal or modification of individually identifiable information.

To modify or delete your account settings, please follow the procedures set forth on the website. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

Please note that we may maintain information about users or individual transactions in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

  1. Public Areas.

We may provide areas on the Service where you can publicly post information about yourself, can communicate with others, or submit content. This information may be accessible by other users and visitors and may appear on other websites or web searches, and therefore this information could be read, collected, and used by others. For example, if you post your email address along with comment, you may receive unsolicited messages. We have no control over who reads your public postings or what other users or visitors may do with the information you voluntarily post, so please use caution when posting any personal information.

The Services enables you to select what personally identifiable information to share through the Service. We encourage you to review the privacy settings options offered by the Service. Through these privacy settings, you are able to control the personally identifiable information disclosed to other users of the Services. However, we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information disclosed through interactions with other providers on the Service; and therefore, we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of providers with whom you are interacting before entering into a transaction or choosing to share your information.

You may only use personally identifiable information you obtain through the Service for:

    1. Provider transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;

    2. using services offered through the Service; or

    3. other purposes if you have received explicit written permission to do so.

  1. Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents.

California law requires that we provide you with a summary of your privacy rights under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (the “Act”) and the California Business and Professions Code. As required by the Act, we will provide you with the categories of personally identifiable information that we collect through the website and the categories of third party persons or entities with whom such personally identifiable information may be shared for direct marketing purposes at your request.
